service and press [Tab]

4. Enter the required Item number and press[Tab]

The next field, item description will be filled in automatically, but can be edited. Press [Tab].

Although the fee will automatically fill in from the previous setup of your pricing schedule,

this can be overridden

5. Click on the Issue Button
